This is one of my clients who started working with me and then she sadly got injured, working towards joining the military she really wanted to work onside fast work outs and rope climbs he a bit of a superset i put together for her.

So when working on a difficult and technical exercise I found i was not able to jump straight in, so this was some progressive work to get me towards one of my goals of being able to do muscle ups.
