    About Me 

    I am a fully qualified personal trainer and sports therapist, I got into health and fitness after needing to make changes to my own health.   

    When I was in my late teens I was over weight and at my heaviest I weighed around 19 stone and I was struggling to walk up the stairs.  It was at this point I knew I had to change something so I started going to the gym.  Once I started training I started to loose the weight and I got a lot fitter.  I was never into playing sports growing up but I found my love of exercising in the gym.  It was then that I realised that this is what I wanted to do and help other people.  So I went on to train as a personal trainer.  


    My qualifications are:

    Level 2 Fitness Instructor

    Level 3 Personal Trainer 

    Level 2 Sports Therapist. 


    What makes me different from others is I Understand how you feel, Ive been over weight and unfit.  I had to start from the bottom and build my confidence in a gym environment which was unfamiliar to me.  But I did it and I can help you too, what ever your goals.  


    I have spent my time working with people who have different types of goals, people who have wanted to lose weight, gain weight, get stronger, athletes, to become a military personnel or even to simply move better.  


    I mainly train using a very functional method, I use everything at my disposal, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight.  Meaning you will never get bored.  


    Everything I do is tailor made per client everyone is different and will enjoy different things.  It is important to me that you enjoy the exercises you are doing and enjoy each session with me.
